Ovulation Tests

This morning I took one of those ovulation tests and the result came back as positive! This means I will ovulate in the next 24 to 36 hours. I used these tests one time before when we were trying last time and I had read the instructions wrong, so they basically ended up being a waste. This time I read everything thoroughly and I am pretty sure that it is right. This means we are going to try in the morning and maybe tomorrow night also. I am trying to not stress about this, but I can't help myself. I should be able to get a positive result (if I am pregnant) as early as April 8. I think I am going to take a test on this day because I am way to impatient. I should start my period if I am not pregnant by April 13. It's so frustrating not having a regular cycle. I am trying to stay focused on things to keep me busy for the next two weeks. I need to et my picture albums organized and I ned to get things ready for our vacation. I can't wait to be laying on the beach in Mexico. Christian is going to have so much fun. It is just what we need right now.

Starting To Try

We started trying again on Saturday. I was wanting to wait a little longer, but believe it or not Jason couldn't wait any longer. A typical guy. I don't think I will be ovulating until at least this coming Saturday the 27th and if I had to really guess I think it won't be until Monday the 29th. I guess we are going to try every other day until I start though. If I haven't started by April 10 then I am going to take a test that morning. I always say I am going to wait until I am going to start instead of testing at the earliest possible time, which is five days sooner. I never end up having the patience for it and I was take the test as soon as possible. I am so nervous this time. If I end up pregnant I am going to have a hard time getting too excited in case something would happen again. I hate to get my hopes up too much. If I am not pregnant I am afraid I am going to be really upset, because of having to go through all this trying stuff again. It is so hard to relax when all you can think about is when am I ovulating and then when am I going to start. I try not to think about it, but I can't help it. I told Jason that either way our vacation to Mexico will be perfect timing. If I am pregnant then hopefully a relaxing vacation will help me not to worry about the first trimester and if I am not pregnant then hopefully it will take my mind off the stress of having to try again. I guess we will find out in a couple of weeks.

Common Burial Service

This morning was the common burial service for us at Alexander cemetery. I debated on whether or not we should go. I wasn't really wanting to go, but I was afraid if I didn't go I would regret it later on down the road. I looked at it as this would be the only thing that I would be able to do for our baby and that is what made my decision to go. We took Christian with us and he was good through about half of the service and the jason had to take him outside. They had all the mothers who had lost there babies come up and receive a white rose. They had a small white casket where all the babies were put and they will burry it in the garden of angels at Alexander Cemetery. The service was nice and we were surprised at how many people attended. I am really glad we went. It helps to put closure to everything and give us comfort to know that our baby was given a proper burial and resting place.

Time To Start Tracking

Today I finally started my first period after having the miscarriage. I am really relieved to finally be back on a cycle again. Now it's time for the fun part. Keeping track of when I'm ovulating and all that good stuff. I should ovulate in the next two to three weeks. Hopefully it won't take us as long as last time to get pregnant and hopefully when we do become pregnant everything will go smoothly.
